What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for designated customers.
• Ensure accurate order entry in SAP and manage open orders based on stock availability.
• Coordinate with distribution centers and customers for shipment pickups and time slot bookings.
• Create transport and customs documentation as required.
• Process recurring Cloud & Maintenance billing and maintain customer master data.
• Support customers in using the company portal and provide proactive updates on order issues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong skills in MS Office.
• Precise, independent, and team-oriented working style.
