TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote (Availability required for morning US hours)

What you will do

  • Own the full data lifecycle: extraction, cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines from fragmented sources to create a single source of operational truth.
  • Develop compelling dashboards that surface actionable insights for high-stakes business decisions.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to make data workflows smarter and less manual.
  • Act as a strategic data partner, translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics engineering.
  • Proven experience owning the complete data pipeline end-to-end.
  • Ability to extract data from multiple systems via REST APIs, CRMs, and PM tools.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) and data infrastructure (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt).
  • English: B2 level minimum required.
  • Availability for client meetings during morning US hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or agencies.
  • Prior client-facing experience.
  • Exposure to GenAI applied to data cleaning, summarization, or anomaly detection.
