What you will do

• Monitor inbound appointment requests and reassign leads within the CRM (Follow Up Boss).
• Coordinate with internal agents via text and calls to confirm availability and ensure smooth handovers.
• Contact clients occasionally to reschedule appointments using guided scripts.
• Perform ISA support by calling warm leads to book property viewings and set appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and detailed notes within the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Strong English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Comfortable making phone calls to agents and occasional client calls.
• Basic administrative and CRM experience.
• Reliable internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate or working with real estate agents.
• Experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB).
• Background in ISA, sales, or appointment setting.
• Familiarity with dialers and various CRM tools.
