What you will do

• Apply quality engineering tools to improve process and product performance.
• Support the implementation of new products, processes, and technologies ensuring specification compliance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to plant optimization projects.
• Track and report process performance indicators to identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and conduct compliance audits and root-cause analyses.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical, Chemical, or Engineering discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing quality systems and product compliance standards.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis methods in industrial or automotive production environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and quality tools (A3, DMAIC, MiniTab, BrainCube).
• Familiarity with new product development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
