What you will do

  • Manage and develop architecture governance processes, including ADRs, reviews, and forums.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops, design sessions, and reviews to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
  • Prepare architecture metrics and monthly reports while coordinating stakeholder approvals.
  • Develop and maintain tools and templates for architecture repositories using JiraCloud and Confluence.
  • Solve cross-fleet architecture challenges and promote knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
  • Support resilience architecture and ensure compliance with the Well-Architected Framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in architecture governance, specifically with ADRs and review processes.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and design sessions.
  • Structured thinking and a system-level perspective.
  • Experience in requirements traceability from business to architecture and solution.
  • Strong project coordination, risk identification, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling an architecture function.
  • Hands-on proficiency with JiraCloud, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of resilience architecture (RTO, RPO, blast radius).
  • Exposure to automation and AI integration within architecture processes.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (compute and storage).
