Location: Must be based in the New York City area (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $192,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement best security practices and tooling for CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Automate and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Security, Product, and IT teams globally.
• Influence the company's long-term cloud strategy with a focus on innovation and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven track record of building and operating scalable AWS cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in IaC and GitOps (Terraform, Crossplane, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Extensive experience running Kubernetes and container orchestration in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail) and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Must be based in the NYC area; in-person interview is required.

Nice to have

• Security-related certifications such as CKA, CISSP, CEH, or Security+.
• Experience working in hybrid or global teams across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
