What you will do

• Develop and optimize ML and AI models, with a strong emphasis on LLMs.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement automation solutions via Power Automate to streamline operational and project workflows.
• Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
• Design scalable, modular agentic AI architectures and ensure data security and governance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and LLM-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with ML/AI libraries.
• Experience in data science workflows, including data preparation, training, and deployment.
• Experience with low-code AI agent development (Copilot Studio) and automation tools (Power Automate).
• Experience with cloud-based AI systems, preferably within the Azure ecosystem.
• Must be based in or able to work from Graz or Vienna, Austria.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-code AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry.
