What you will do

• Research and track art shows, exhibitions, and creative events locally, nationally, and online.
• Compile structured event details, including deadlines, fees, and credibility assessments.
• Manage weekly planning and coordinate calendars to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized databases and spreadsheets for submissions and contacts.
• Handle basic billing tasks and send invoices as the business grows.
• Perform basic website updates on the Wix platform and coordinate social media content uploads.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Ability to align work schedule with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Strong online research and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with calendar and scheduling tools.
• Clear written communication skills.
