Salary: $125,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Develop high-impact AI/ML capabilities for insight generation, focusing on NLP, summarization, semantic search, and prediction.
• Design and deploy production-grade models and services, ensuring high-performance and reliability standards.
• Build and optimize models using classifiers, transformers, and LLMs to extract meaning from millions of discrete data sources.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data teams to align ML solutions with strategic business goals.
• Experiment with emerging GenAI technologies and translate research findings into practical platform enhancements.
• Implement and maintain best practices for model transparency, monitoring, evaluation, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in software or ML engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in NLP and ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy.
• Experience delivering production-grade GenAI or LLM-based systems with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scalable data pipelines (Apache Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem (LangSmith, LangGraph) in production environments.
• Working knowledge of Java or Scala.
• Prior experience in fintech or financial data platforms.
• History of authoring research papers for peer-reviewed AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
