Salary: $26 - $35 per hour

What you will do

• Translate user research and consumer insights into functional and engaging user-centered digital solutions.
• Create presentation-ready visuals and storytelling assets to influence high-level design decisions.
• Build interactive prototypes to test concepts, gather feedback, and refine user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, ID, and Marketing teams to ensure design integrity and implementability.
• Define the look and feel of app experiences, including interface elements, typography, and branding.
• Help define the connected experience for next-generation hardware products.

Requirements

• Current student in 3rd year+ of a bachelor's program, or enrolled in a master's or doctorate program.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule onsite in Needham, MA.
• Original portfolio of UX/UI product-oriented work demonstrating a clear product development process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with creative energy to propose real-world solutions.
