What you will do

• Drive QA efforts for complex product initiatives from discovery through release and post-launch validation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to review requirements, focusing on testability and risk identification.
• Develop comprehensive real-world use cases for end-to-end workflows, edge cases, and negative scenarios.
• Design and execute scalable manual test plans across functional, integration, and regression coverage.
• Identify and drive resolution of systemic defects while communicating quality signals and release readiness to leadership.
• Influence automation strategy and lead client-facing quality activities, including defect triage.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and edge cases.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and at least one automation or API testing tool.
• Must be located in Argentina and available for occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Exposure to API, integration, or data validation testing.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
