What you will do

• Provide high-quality, professional phone support for UK and German drivers to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Act as the primary operational expert and bridge for the newly launched German office.
• Manage the complete driver journey from the point of ordering through to vehicle return.
• Solve creative problems regarding manufacturer delays or specification changes to keep customers mobile.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve operational processes during rapid growth.

Requirements

• Full bilingual fluency in English and German.
• Exceptional phone manner with the ability to build rapport and remain calm under pressure.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous scale-up environment.
• Strong attention to detail regarding contracting and delivery processes.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Brighton for hybrid office attendance.
