Senior DevOps Engineer (Legal AI)

TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud/AI): Designing and scaling cloud infrastructure for a legal AI platform with an accent on automation, reliability, and security. Focus on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing container orchestration, and ensuring system observability.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany). Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office approximately 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Open Telekom Cloud (OTC).
• Automate infrastructure setup and management using Ansible and Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to enable stable deployments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration across environments.
• Set up and maintain observability systems using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with AI, Product, and Security teams to ensure scalability and enterprise-grade compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure (Open Telekom Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Ansible, and Terraform for automation.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in setting up monitoring stacks with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews and work hybrid in Berlin.
