What you will do

• Design presentations, social graphics, one-pagers, and marketing materials.
• Develop branded templates and reusable design assets.
• Create visual content that communicates ideas clearly and effectively.
• Revise designs based on feedback with high attention to detail.
• Organize design files and maintain visual consistency across materials.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and visual communication.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of basic design principles including typography, layout, and color.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Arlington, VA.
• Availability to work part-time during the school year and full-time during breaks.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in branding, digital media, or marketing design.
