What you will do

• Design high-quality visual assets including presentations, infographics, process diagrams, and marketing materials.
• Execute visual design and branded assets to support the development of a new website.
• Translate complex information into clear and visually compelling deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine design outputs based on project goals and feedback.
• Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all templates and reusable assets.
• Optimize digital assets for various platforms and formats.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and residency in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of Human Centered Design, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, and visual communication.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerPoint or pitch deck design.
• Background supporting consulting, government, or professional services environments.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Framer.
• Expertise in creating process visuals and client-facing presentation assets.
