What you will do

• Develop visual work across static and motion formats including display ads, social content, and websites.
• Collaborate with art directors and motion designers to integrate generative technologies into design workflows.
• Apply and evolve brand identities to maintain consistency across various platforms and performance goals.
• Provide creative problem-solving to clarify open-ended design challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Copywriters and Creative Directors.
• Provide mentorship and constructive critique to junior designers to foster a collaborative creative culture.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, advertising, or in-house environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Demonstrated comfort and experience using AI-assisted tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway.
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand systems.
• Outstanding online portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and motion work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience with LLMs like ChatGPT or Gemini.
