What you will do

• Create high-poly models of characters, monsters, clothing, and accessories.
• Execute professional texturing within a PBR pipeline.
• Develop complex clothing assets using Marvelous Designer.
• Import models into the internal engine and support cross-functional teams during the process.
• Collaborate on concept stages to propose and develop design ideas.
• Support the entire character creation lifecycle from initial sculpt to game release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AAA game development as a Character/Creature Artist.
• Proficiency in sculpting, modeling, and texturing.
• Extensive knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Modo, Substance Painter, and Marmoset.
• Strong understanding of PBR principles and proficiency in Zbrush and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of animation requirements for low-poly models and character production pipelines.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D grooming and real-time hair creation pipelines.
• Knowledge of Substance Designer and experience preparing scanned models.
• Scripting skills in Maya, 3ds Max, or external tools.
• Experience with modular character systems and face creation techniques.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine.
