What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable AI-driven software solutions.
• Assess client architectures and provide expert guidance on core AI and ML technologies.
• Act as a primary bridge between client leadership and technical/business stakeholders.
• Solve complex technical problems and document the rationale for architectural decisions.
• Lead technical teams in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of AI applications.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, ethical, and performance best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required for daily communication with US and Canadian teams.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Deep expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and AI architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.
