What you will do

• Investigate root causes of fleet issues through extensive log review and escalate critical bugs to software engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base for site staff and other support engineers.
• Curate and manage datasets to support autonomy software development and analysis.
• Plan and create simulation scenarios to evaluate system functionality and identify software progressions or regressions.
• Analyze testing data to provide actionable insights on cases preventing autonomous operation.
• Identify tooling deficiencies and implement process improvements for detecting suboptimal vehicle behavior.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency with Linux terminal usage and Bash scripting.
• Basic to Intermediate skills in Python, SQL/JQL, and C/C++ for debugging and code analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or Plotly Dash.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to compose technical documentation and debugging guides.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Python, C/C++, or SQL.
• Previous experience working with autonomous vehicles.
• Familiarity with a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Applied Intuition simulation software suite.
