What you will do

• Analyze and modernize legacy CI/CD pipelines to eliminate inefficiencies and manual bottlenecks.
• Design and implement modern pipelines incorporating automated testing and security checks.
• Migrate existing infrastructure and build processes to Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation.
• Define and standardize golden paths for build and deployment workflows across environments.
• Improve pipeline observability through enhanced logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to increase build reliability and deployment confidence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong coding and automation proficiency in Python, Bash, and C#.
• Required experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• English: Clear and confident communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing security scanning and compliance checks within pipelines.
• Familiarity with secrets management and state handling in DevOps environments.
• Experience with AWS and working in high-availability or production-critical environments.
• Prior experience defining DevOps standards or platform best practices.
