What you will do

• Develop the holistic casual game economy, meta systems, and feature frameworks for Minecraft Blast.
• Build and balance game economy models to predict player behavior and evaluate feature impact.
• Tune progression, rewards, sinks, sources, and difficulty curves using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Design new meta features, events, and monetization mechanics tailored for casual mobile players.
• Collaborate with Art, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to align features with creative and business goals.
• Perform market research and deconstruct competitor F2P puzzle games to identify emerging trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, tuning, and operating casual economies in mobile free-to-play games.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in modeling tools and data-driven decision mahirify.global.
