What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow to maintain a balance between creative quality and a 20-day delivery speed.
- Source and manage a reliable network of UGC creators, ensuring they follow briefs and meet deadlines.
- Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye and provide direct, firm feedback to improve hooks and energy.
- Refine and organize modular ad structures (hooks, bodies, CTAs) for large-scale testing and iteration.
Requirements
- Must have significant overlap with Central European Time (CET).
- Proven operational ownership and ability to organize complex, messy workflows.
- Deep fluency in TikTok's DNA and understanding of native-feeling content over polished studio commercials.
- High agency and the ability to solve production bottlenecks independently.
- Ability to provide direct, critical feedback to creators while maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong creative taste and the ability to identify high-retention hooks immediately.
