What you will do

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery and sprint execution, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary interface between global stakeholders and technical teams.
• Leverage GenAI tools and LLMs to improve productivity in documentation and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record in supporting delivery execution beyond simple documentation.
• Experience with web/mobile applications, APIs, and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for working within international, distributed teams.
