What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to define product scope.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Serve as the key liaison between product and engineering teams to communicate timelines and constraints.
• Manage dependencies and ensure backlog readiness to facilitate successful sprint activities.
• Leverage AI and LLMs to streamline the creation of requirements and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within software delivery.
• Background working in large technology companies or digital consulting environments.
• Proven track record of delivering web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with multi-system digital platforms, including CMS and APIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must have full working rights in Australia; sponsorship is not provided.
