What you will do

• Strengthen and evolve standardized service packages for consistent, repeatable delivery.
• Analyze customer organizations and operational contexts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Refine service definitions by translating input from Sales, delivery teams, and customers.
• Improve service blueprints, delivery models, and customer journeys for operational robustness.
• Facilitate workshops to align and validate service content with stakeholders.
• Continuously iterate on service packages based on delivery feedback and evolving operational needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in service design or development for complex digital solutions.
• Master’s degree in Service System Design, Strategy, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in improving service definitions and delivery models for technical environments.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record.
• Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years due to security-classified project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale enterprise or defence solutions.
• Familiarity with agile and system-oriented methodologies.
