What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records using Xero.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant with an AU background (Non-negotiable).
• Hands-on expertise in Xero.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work part-time (24 hours/week) on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM Melbourne Time.
• Experience working with international clients.
