What you will do

• Lead a team of Product Operations engineers and drive operational excellence.
• Resolve the most complex DevOps tasks to ensure production stability.
• Audit existing service-management processes and develop a clear improvement plan.
• Establish, track, and measure key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide immediate response to system alerts and maintain zero tolerance for errors.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties, and SL1/SL3 support levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer and 1+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and experience with high-availability production environments.
• Expertise in Linux, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Git, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes, and Nomad.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu) and logging (Elastic Stack, Loki).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting microservices architecture, including Akka cluster management.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase) and NGINX server management.
• Programming skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience working within a global, multilingual organization.
