What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot.
• Own the full DevOps lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Improve code quality, test automation, and overall system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, testing, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in REST APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, and modern monitoring tools.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills for working in complex environments.
