What you will do

• Develop and execute global and regional influencer marketing campaigns to connect awareness to revenue.
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard KOLs in fintech, entrepreneurship, and business niches.
• Establish and manage KOL partnerships, including negotiations and contracts.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed performance reports.
• Align influencer activity with the sales and demand generation funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns with quantifiable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Belgrade or Limassol.
