What you will do

  • Design and develop customer loyalty and benefit programs to enhance the value of financial products.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard external partners across premium clubs, lifestyle services, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with service providers and business partners.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and perform ROI calculations for proposed programs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams for successful implementation.
  • Track program KPIs, budgets, and contractual obligations, providing reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate the commercial viability of partnership initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing loyalty, rewards, or membership-based programs.
  • Existing network of contacts in retail, hospitality, travel, wellness, or luxury sectors.
  • Experience working with premium customer segments.
  • Knowledge of CRM and customer engagement platforms.
