What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy specifically tailored to VIP programs and services.
- Perform daily quality assessments of VIP account manager tasks regarding player communication and engagement.
- Create and execute training and development plans for VIP and Sales teams.
- Monitor VIP player feedback and complaints to proactively resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze QA metrics and performance indicators to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA requirements with business objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech or Slovak language proficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience in quality assurance with a focus on VIP programs or customer experience.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and test planning.
- Deep knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
