What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy specifically tailored to VIP programs and services.
• Perform daily quality assessments of VIP account manager tasks regarding player communication and engagement.
• Create and execute training and development plans for VIP and Sales teams.
• Monitor VIP player feedback and complaints to proactively resolve quality-related issues.
• Analyze QA metrics and performance indicators to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA requirements with business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent Czech or Slovak language proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience in quality assurance with a focus on VIP programs or customer experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and test planning.
• Deep knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
