What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing of internal and competitor products.
• Collaborate with the marketing department and regional managers.
• Perform test deposits as requested to verify payment system functionality.
• Create and manage tasks and bug reports in Jira.
• Participate in meetings to consolidate regional market information.
• Maintain timely communication and responsiveness during business hours.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in Mexico.
• Must possess local Visa or Mastercard payment cards for testing deposit activities.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of STLC, testing objectives, checklists, and test cases.
• Confident user experience with both iOS and Android platforms.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the gambling industry.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
