What you will do

• Define necessary testing activities on projects to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor deadlines for testing team tasks, coordinating with PMs, Delivery, and Engineering Managers.
• Control the execution of quarterly goals and policies, providing status updates.
• Analyze root causes of errors and implement solutions.
• Build and implement systems for tracking project quality and team workload.
• Standardize technical stack and knowledge sharing between teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a QA team.
• Deep understanding of software testing methods, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
