Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Security Manager (Cybersecurity): Responsible for providing security risk and compliance management across BT Operations in Hungary and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries with an accent on IT Security, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Cyber, Privacy, Data Protection, and Network Security. Focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating country-specific security risks in a cost-effective manner.

Location: Must be Hungarian national and have one of the listed certificates for NIS2 compliance in Hungary.

What you will do

• Support security governance and alignment with stakeholders.
• Perform information security audits across suppliers, vendors, and internal shared functions.
• Drive NIS-2 compliance within operations.
• Manage day-to-day site security governance and operations.
• Manage emergency response plans to deal with cyber security incidents.
• Drive the ISO 27001 certificate management and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be Hungarian national
• For NIS2 compliance in Hungary the security officer must have one of the listed certificates (either national or international)
• 15+ years of experience in the Security domain.
• Graduation degree level in Computers, Telecommunication, or IT.
• Must have minimum one of these Industry certifications CISA, CISM, CISSP.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, including NIS 2 and DORA.
