What you will do

• Lead a team of Demand Specialists to manage Cyber Security demand intake for hirify.globalThree.
• Own and operate the Secure by Design (SbD) intake process, ensuring correct triage and resource assignment.
• Maintain visibility of inflight demand across portfolios, releases, and programmes.
• Collaborate with PMO and portfolio teams to forecast upcoming demand and identify resource bottlenecks.
• Oversee the SbD assurance lifecycle from discovery through to implementation review.
• Produce KPI reporting on demand volume, turnaround times, and cyber risk trends.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams and fostering collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, Secure by Design concepts, and assurance workflows.
• Background in technology demand management, portfolio planning, or PMO.
• Ability to analyze complex technical designs to identify security requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CSA.
• Proficiency with workflow tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or ADO.
