hirify.global is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to drive technology strategy and lead high-performing engineering teams.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering & service delivery teams.
• Handle escalated incidents and service requests related to desktops, servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Administer and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Document solutions and system changes, contributing to the internal knowledge base.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, Office 365 migrations, and network setups.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and health checks on client infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in relevant technology/engineering roles.
• Experience with Microsoft stack, especially Office 365, Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory.
• Networking knowledge and cybersecurity awareness.
• Experience with VMware.

Nice to have

• MSEC, Azure/AWS Certified, CCNP, VMCA/VMCE, or Sophos Certified Architect certifications.
