What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to hotels and vendors to request receipts and folios.
• Manage payment updates by contacting passengers and administrators for credit card information.
• Process multiple daily pre-authorization forms and virtual card setups.
• Facilitate credit card reversals by coordinating directly with hotel vendors.
• Maintain high service levels by resolving critical traveler issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Must reside within commuting distance of Chicago, IL.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with PC and standard Windows applications.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Professional and empathetic attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Successful track record in achieving performance objectives.
