What you will do

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to deploy experiments and features that drive global revenue.
• Design, develop, test, and monitor production-grade code autonomously.
• Work with product management to frame projects and ensure effective execution.
• Build relevant business solutions through a deep understanding of platform goals.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external teams.
• Propose and implement new technologies to improve current engineering processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Extensive experience with high-throughput, distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Proven ability to ship production projects with focus on observability and maintainability.
• Analytical mindset with experience validating ideas before development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a diverse global team.
