What you will do

• Execute integration, stress, load, regression, and performance testing.
• Design, develop, and run test scripts to validate project test plans.
• Track and report task progress, status, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members in performance testing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in performance testing, simulations, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and automation tools.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Shell).
• Experience in Agile development environments and CI/CD/DevOps pipelines.
• Expertise in performance testing methodologies, tools, and monitoring techniques.
• Proficiency with load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Nice to have

• Prior experience developing performance testing frameworks for Microsoft applications.
• Experience in financial services, with insurance sector experience considered advantageous.
