What you will do

• Coordinate the full testing lifecycle with a specialized focus on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Guide and support business users throughout all UAT phases.
• Track and report testing progress, potential risks, and defects.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between IT and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal QA and UAT practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Test Coordination or Test Management.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and working with business users.
• Extensive experience in UAT planning and execution.
• Solid understanding of test lifecycles and processes.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Xray.
• English: C1 level required for stakeholder interaction.
