What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business goals into scalable technical architectures.
• Design and implement end-to-end data integrations within complex ecosystems.
• Lead whiteboard sessions to define technical specifications and execution roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy based on customer insights.
• Own the delivery of high-impact initiatives from initial concepts to final production release.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong technical foundation in databases, distributed systems, or software engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating complex systems including data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical plans.
