What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable MLOps platforms supporting analytical and GenAI models end-to-end.
• Develop production-ready ML pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle automation.
• Improve the speed, quality, and reliability of model development and experimentation.
• Partner with model governance, security, and compliance teams to enforce operational standards.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Prototype and evolve MLOps capabilities to drive measurable business value.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and platforms like Databricks or Azure ML.
• Experience operationalizing GenAI solutions, including LLM patterns, versioning, and safety monitoring.
• Strong fundamentals in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and large-scale data platforms like Spark.
• Must have authorization to work in the US (No visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or Mathematics.
