What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to design and implement product enhancements.
• Drive architectural decisions and best practices across multiple global teams.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct complex code reviews to ensure high code quality and address technical debt.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for architectural performance and scalability issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++).
• Demonstrated experience in the production software development lifecycle and rigorous testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with scalability, high-availability, and software maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants and Spring AI.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
