What you will do

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges from initial idea to production deployment.
• Integrate coding agents into the core development lifecycle to enhance productivity and feedback loops.
• Define the technical architecture, UI/UX, and data models for an AI-native SaaS product.
• Collaborate closely with founders and the engineering team to shape the roadmap and product direction.
• Mentor and support junior engineers as the founding US team scales.
• Exercise strong engineering judgment to ensure agent-generated code meets high quality and reliability standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in top-tier or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React/Remix, PrismaORM, NestJS, and Python or ability to learn these stacks rapidly.
• Demonstrable experience building features end-to-end using coding agents as a primary workflow.
• Ability to work on-site in New York (Monday–Thursday) to collaborate with the local engineering team.
• Strong product and design instincts with a focus on solving ambiguous technical problems.
• Comfortable with startup velocity and high-trust, low-ego collaborative environments.
