What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for both frontend and backend components.
• Develop Java Spring Boot REST APIs and complex workflow state machines.
• Design SQL Server schemas and manage data migration from legacy systems.
• Oversee React frontend implementation and component architecture.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a Java focus.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and SQL Server.
• Experience with React, including micro-frontend patterns.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills for direct stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration projects and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with module federation or single-spa patterns.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.
