What you will do

• Leads multiple production processes/lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment to meet targets.
• Manages and develops teams of engineers, supervisors, and operators through coaching and training.
• Monitors daily operational performance, troubleshoots issues, and drives improvement initiatives.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Leads process development, plant improvement, and cost‑reduction projects.
• Ensures full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates deep technical and functional expertise.
