Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD base

What you will do

• Lead brand design across multiple platforms in alignment with company philosophy and objectives.
• Produce high-quality illustrations and graphics from initial concept to final delivery.
• Create reusable marketing assets including landing pages, display ads, social media content, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external creative partners like photographers and agencies.
• Champion brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating marketing campaign work.
• 3+ years of experience in email design, preferably using Figma.
• Experience with large format designs and the ability to connect strategy to design work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• General understanding of performance and growth marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or advertising sectors.
• Experience designing assets for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Creative agency experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
