What you will do

• Establish end-to-end finance operations, including the definition and documentation of processes, policies, and controls.
• Design and maintain unit economics models, financial forecasts, and dynamic financial models to support decision-making.
• Implement dashboards and automated reporting for real-time analytics on payment volume, revenue, costs, and risks.
• Set up risk management frameworks and internal controls to minimize financial exposure.
• Optimize payment flows, cost structures, and payout strategies to improve unit economics and scale profitably.
• Ensure all finance operations comply with relevant regulatory and fintech requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, specifically within payments, acquiring, or PSP.
• Operational mindset with a demonstrated ability to build processes from the ground up.
• Hands-on expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to fintech payments.
• Experience implementing internal controls, policies, and financial reporting.
• Remote work based in Latvia
