What you will do

• Provide first-level SAP FICO support and handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes via ticketing systems.
• Lead SAP configuration and implementation activities following core solution standards.
• Capture and align global and local business requirements by leading review meetings with Key Users and Process Owners.
• Collaborate with Business Facing teams to improve processes using SAP capabilities.
• Coordinate activities across regions and monitor system interfaces and jobs.
• Act as the primary link between end-users and Application Maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing or supporting SAP projects.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, including S/4HANA On-Premise 2022.
• Relevant SAP certification in FICO or related modules.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, or HighRadius.
• Project management experience or PMI certification.
• Experience in the Mass Market or Cosmetics business.
• Knowledge of data conversion tools.
