What you will do

• Research, design, and develop comprehensive AI security labs covering prompt injection, model exfiltration, and adversarial inputs.
• Create realistic attack and defense scenarios grounded in real-world cybersecurity practices and threat landscapes.
• Collaborate with the Content Engineering team to align AI-focused content with established learning pathways.
• Translate cutting-edge AI security research and real-world incidents into interactive, practical learning exercises.
• Stay current with the evolving AI threat landscape to update content and contribute to the emerging technology roadmap.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring other content engineers to elevate the quality and accuracy of team output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (e.g., Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, Threat Hunter, or Penetration Tester).
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML system architectures, data pipelines, and security implications (including MLOps and cloud AI environments).
• Deep expertise in defensive/offensive fundamentals: threat detection, incident response, log analysis, and penetration testing.
• Proficiency with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
• Hands-on skills with Python ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and AI security tools (Garak, MLflow).
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am - 6pm).

Nice to have

• Experience building or evaluating LLM-based applications using LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, and MLOps security.
• Background in CTF challenge design or creating gamified technical training materials.
• Programming experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Relevant security or AI certifications.
